Frequently asked questions
If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Limitless Health does not provide emergency care.
How does pricing work?
Every product shows its price upfront, including your provider visit, the medication and shipping. There are no membership fees. A 3-month supply costs less per month than monthly.
How do I get a prescription?
Choose a product and complete a short online visit. Your visit is reviewed by a healthcare provider from Beluga Health, our licensed medical provider network, who is licensed in your state. A prescription is issued only if the provider decides treatment is appropriate for you. If you are not approved, you are not charged for the medication.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. They are prepared by state-licensed pharmacies under a valid prescription, and they are not generic versions of brand-name drugs such as Wegovy® or Zepbound®. Each product page states whether it is compounded or FDA-approved.
Does Limitless Health make or compound my medication?
No. Limitless Health does not manufacture, compound or dispense medications, and product images on this site, including vials shown with the Limitless name, are illustrations only. Compounded medications are prepared and dispensed by a state-licensed pharmacy, which is named on your prescription label. The medication you receive will carry that pharmacy's label.
Can I message a provider after I start?
Yes. Your patient portal includes provider messaging, order tracking and follow-up visits at no extra cost.
Where do you offer service?
See our service area page for the full list of states. Availability is confirmed during your online visit based on your shipping state.
What if I have a medical emergency?
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Limitless Health does not provide emergency care.
Can I use my health insurance?
No. Limitless Health services are self-pay and are not billed to insurance. You may not submit a claim for these services to Medicare or any other federal or state payor.
Is it legal to prescribe medications online?
Yes, when a healthcare provider licensed in your state evaluates you through a telehealth visit that meets your state's standard of care.
Who are your providers?
Online visits are reviewed by independent, US-licensed healthcare providers (physicians and nurse practitioners) licensed in the state where you are located. Your prescribing provider's name appears on your prescription label.
How do you choose which provider reviews my visit?
We match you by state. During your visit you upload a government-issued photo ID, and the state on that ID is used to route your visit to a provider in our licensed network who is licensed in that state. That provider reviews your answers, decides whether treatment is appropriate and, if it is, writes your prescription.
What if my ID is from a different state than where I live now?
Providers can only treat patients in states where they hold a license, so the state on your ID should match where you are located and where your order ships. If you've recently moved, contact our care team at admin@limitless.health before starting your visit.
Which pharmacies fill my prescription?
Orders are filled by The Pharmacy Hub, a state-licensed US pharmacy that prepares and ships your medication directly to you. The dispensing pharmacy is always named on your prescription label. If you would like your prescription sent to a different pharmacy, email admin@limitless.health before completing your order.
Can I use my local pharmacy?
Yes. Email admin@limitless.health before completing your order and we will direct your prescription to the pharmacy you choose, where available.
Is my information safe?
Yes. We protect your health information as required by HIPAA. See our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Privacy Policy for details.
How old do I have to be?
You must be at least 18 years old.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Providers must confirm who they are treating before prescribing, and the state on your ID is how we match you with a provider licensed in that state. You will be asked for a government-issued photo ID and a photo of yourself during your visit.
When will I be charged?
You pay at checkout at the end of your visit. If a provider does not approve treatment, you are not charged for the medication.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe reviews telehealth businesses before allowing them to accept payments for medical services, and Limitless Health is approved by Stripe to process payments for telehealth visits provided through our licensed provider network. Your card details go directly to Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor; Limitless Health never sees or stores your full card number.
Can I return my medication?
State and federal regulations do not allow the return of prescription medications once dispensed. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we will help. See Returns & Refunds.
How do I reorder, change or cancel?
